M. ADRIAN KING KC

Adrian, a highly skilled attorney-at-law and entrepreneur of 30+ years, adeptly blends legal prowess with sound business acumen. He manages a flourishing corporate law practice and drives successful ventures in diverse industries. Notably, his leadership at Holy Smoke Investment Group LLC showcases his prowess even in emerging markets like the U.S. cannabis industry.

Adrian’s extensive network and reputation underpin his expansion into consulting and investment banking where he excels in structuring complex financial transactions. His vision and leadership at WAMCO Technologies Inc., leading to its acquisition by Cable & Wireless Ltd., underscores his successful entrepreneurial record. Adrian has been advisor to the Government of Barbados, holding directorships on several state entities, including Chairman of the Grantley Adams International Airport Board. Not just a sports enthusiast, Adrian has provided legal counsel and advisory services to several high-profile athletes and sports administrations.

Adrian holds degrees from the University of Western Ontario and the University of the West Indies, with legal certification from the Norman Manley Law School. His prestigious designation as Kings Counsel [KC] recognizes a distinguished career at the bar.

Christopher A. Dehring, C.D.

Chris is an innovative leader, deal maker and entrepreneur having had successful sojourns in finance, telecommunications and sports spanning 40 years.

After a distinguished early career at Citibank, he founded investment bank, Dehring Bunting & Golding, the firm acquired by the Bank of Nova Scotia after leaving its indelible footprint on the Caribbean financial landscape.

At Cable & Wireless Communications PLC, he was responsible for commercial, legal, and regulatory functions across 23 countries and US $3.5 billion in revenues, playing a critical role in the US$3.5 billion acquisition of Columbus Communications [FLOW], before leaving to pioneer digital broadcasting and satellite-broadband in the region.

Chris also founded Sportsmax, the Caribbean’s premier sports television broadcaster and expertly executed the watershed ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 across nine host countries, delivering 10 new cricket stadiums and 54 matches, broadcast to over 2 billion people worldwide.

For his outstanding contributions he was conferred national honours, Commander of the Order of Distinction [C.D.], by the Government of Jamaica.
